I've been given a .vsv and a .bin from a Server 2008R2 box.

vm2dmp supposedly supported converting this into a raw image, but it seems to have disappeared off the face of the planet.

Does anybody have:

a) A copy of vm2dmp that they're allowed to share.

and/or

b) Recommendations for an alternative tool.
