We'd be grateful if you could run through some commands on a mem dump from your work machine and report any issues. We plan to announce 2.1 RC1 shortly but nothing major should change regarding the vista/2008 profiles between now and then, so you should be able to get a head start by just checking out the latest svn trunk.
