I love the firewire idea, AAron has done something similar with a tool called F-Response http://www.f-response.com. Basically it allows you to deploy a client on a server or suspect machine and it serves up the physical disks over TCP/IP including physical memory. Something like this would be well worthwhile demoing at F3 ;-) Jon.
